Onyx Rose
One Rose. Many Colors. All Beautiful.
This has been my motto for many years, and not too surprising it describes my passion for my company.
To explain, I believe that each person is a rose of beauty. Just like a rose, no two people are the same and each contributes their own shade of color to the rainbow of our world. The color black is the inclusion of all colors, all the roses, all the people, all the beauty.
As you view my collection you will notice that I do not offer many one of a kind pieces; however each piece made has its own shade of color in my life. Each piece was made during a memorable time in my life, which cannot be recreated. I've made jewelry while camping, on the train, and even at 3:00 am while my son was sleeping. Each piece that I create is a reflection on my individuality, my Onyx Rose.
Behind Onyx Rose
Hello, my name is Tonia Winer and I am the owner and jewelry designer of Design by Onyx Rose. This company has become my pride and joy and the fullfillment of a lot of dreams. There is not a time in my life that I cannot remember when I wasn't doing something artistic. From photography, to painting, to writing, and now jewelry my life is full of artistic fun. Creating jewelry has opened up so many doors for me, and I plan to explore the art of jewelry making as far as I can take it. :o) In October 2003 I gave birth to a wonderful little baby boy Marcus. When he was born 5 weeks early I was forced to put off the opening of my store until I could adjust. :D Now since I'm back into the swing of things I hope to work on many new projects.
