| Here's a great tip about cleaning up e-mail
before you forward it:
Highlight the e-mail’s text and paste it into
a new document
in your word processor. Then, use the word
processor’s Search and
Replace tool. In the Search box, type in the
character you wish to
remove and put nothing in the Replace box.
If this sounds like too much work,
EmailStripper ( http://www.papercut.biz/emailStripper.htm
)
and StripMail ( http://www.dsoft.com.tr/stripmail/
)
are two free programs that will do the job
for you.

Strong, The Strong Communication Group Inc.
Let us share some of our "tricks" in interviewing potential employees
for our businesses.
My favourite is, "Tell me who you think our clients [customers] are?"
This tells me if they've done some homework about our business, if they've
thought about who our clients are and why our clients chose us.
If i can get anything other than a blank look, I continue the conversation
with "Why do you think they use our services?"
If I get a blank look, I tell them " That's Ok, Tell me a bit about
yourself." The interview is over in 5 minutes.
