A Business Education Graduate, and New York State Certified Positive Self-Motivational Speaker, Dell is a New Jersey Certified Dean for Adult Vocational Business Education. Teaching Human Relations classes is her specialty. She is a member of the Ujamma  Theater, and actively participates in acting, singing and commercial  modeling (when time permits).  She has worked to create jobs for  under privileged children, and created a dance and teen modeling group.

I'm connecting women from all backgrounds to talk about any problem, via video conference/voice chats.  I have quest women speakers come into my home to share business and personal issues.

I'm planning to hold a "Women In Business Network Conference" by June 2, 2001.  I'm in need of sponsors/partners.  I have varies levels of sponsorship for companys or organzations to help my cause.   I will be touring organizing women conferences for their growth.  I have been asked to speak at a few Job Corps Centers.  I want to speak at Battered Women and Teens in Crisis Centers from State to State.

My Site is a kick off from my 20 years of community service experience.  I conduct motivational seminars for Welfare to Work programs. I have a lot to share with women on the self esteem issues, and how I have made it.

The first Gala Affair is being held in Newark, NJ and the second one is scheduled for Charlotte, NC on June 30, 2001.  We are touring 11 states during 2001.
